Jamb platform is now opened for correction of data, change of course and institution. If you intend to change we advise you here to do your background assignment first before changing. Please follow this simple steps below RELIGIOUSLY to do it yourself or serve as guide whoever wants to assist you to avoid avoidable error.
Step 1a: Visit: https://www.jamb.org.ng/efacility
Step 1b: If you are a new user, you are required to create a profile via the Sign Up (New User) Page. To create your profile visit: https://www.jamb.org.ng/efacility./ValidateeMail you will provide a valid email address, surname, first name, Mobile No, State and LGA of Origin and password, then click on the and click verify e-mail. A candidate is entitled to only one profile. Keep the details as subsequently, you shall use the email address and password to sign in.
Step 2: For existing users or you wrote the last UTME 2020, simply type in your login details namely, e-mail and password.
Step 3: Once logged in, you will be taken to the landing page where you will see list of all available services on the left side of the page on offer by Jamb.
Step 4: Select “Correction of Data”. This is available on the side bar or on the Home page
Step 5: Once selected, the menu item “Course/Institution” will be revealed. Click this.
Step 6: Once you select this service, a Transaction ID is generated for this service. This will be displayed on the confirmation page screen.

Step 7: Review the details displayed on the Confirmation Page. Also, note the Transaction ID displayed in a bold red font. The Transaction ID is useful for all future references concerning the Transaction. A copy of this transaction ID will be sent to your registered email address.
Step 8: Click on the Continue button if you wish to pay with your card immediately. If you wish to use other payment channels like ATM, Cash at the Bank or Quickteller, please note the transaction ID as a print copy that carries Remita Number will be compulsorily required for bank payment.
Step 9: On the Interswitch Payment page, enter your card details and click on the Pay button.
Step 10: The status of your payment will be displayed on the “My Payment Section” on the menu side by the left. An SMS and email containing your unique Transaction Identification and payment status will be sent to you after payment. Click on the Continue button.
Step 11: Once payment is completed, you will be asked to provide the following information:
- Year of Exam and
- JAMB Registration Number
Step 12: After entering the information correctly, new options for preferred course/Institution and second choices will appear. Options available will be based on availability in the institution, then choose your desired course/institution
Step 13: Click Submit to complete your application. A Pdf copy of the old detail and the new detail of what you change to would be downloaded automatically for print and reference purpose.
Finally, JAMB will now process your application based on the change(s) you effected. If approved, your details will be changed as requested and an acknowledgement sent to you to confirm your changed status.
